Sunbo Glass Equipment is a vertically integrated manufacturer of glass deep-processing machinery, with in-house production, R&D, and global sales. Our mission is to build glass washing systems that last longer, run faster, use less energy, and dry more completely.
What We Build
Our air-blade glass washing and drying machines are built around sixteen specific engineering improvements developed and validated since 2015. We do not sell catalogs — we configure machines to voltage, glass type, and line speed, then test every unit before it leaves the factory.
Where Our Machines Run
We have shipped air-blade washers to over 5,000 installations (it keeps going)— from state-owned glass processors and double-edging line OEMs in China to public-sector projects and overseas operations in the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe.
Our Values
Innovation · Dedication · Integrity · Cooperation
Our Task
Let me clients know Sunbo and use machines from Sunbo, release from all problems causing for washing. If you have any idea, contact us!
OUR IMPROVEMENT
Control System
The electrical cabinet houses a switching power supply, PLC, and variable-frequency drives (VFDs) for coordinated, low-energy operation across all motor loads.
Air Knife & Drying System
1. Front air knife: special-shaped round inlet that reduces air resistance and optimizes the airflow path for higher cleaning efficiency.
2. Rear air knife: square outlet design that delivers uniform airflow coverage, completely drying residual moisture at the glass tail end.
3. Patented air knife body: a specially designed baffle at the outlet concentrates airflow, reduces volume loss, and raises blow-off efficiency.
4. Air pipe: copper-wire-reinforced construction for higher pressure resistance and durability, preventing deformation under load.
5. Blower: high-pressure, low-noise fan with a filtered intake chamber that improves delivered air cleanliness and protects the drying section.
Water Contact & Brush Section
1. Water tank: externally mounted, internally divided into three independent compartments. The concave bottom with central drainage and caster-mounted mobility make draining and cleaning fast and thorough.
2. Spray system: patented dual-spray arrangement — three top pipes and one bottom pipe — for maximum glass-powder removal. All pipes use quick couplings for tool-free disassembly and cleaning.
3. Soft brush (φ160 mm): domestic pioneered bristle-planting technology with 304 stainless steel shaft ends. Each brush section has independent pneumatic lift for delicate handling of LOW-E and coated glass.
4. Hard brush (φ160 mm): same structural platform with hard bristles for standard flat-glass cleaning. Both brush types share the 304 stainless shaft and independent lift cylinder.
5. Rubber roller: 304 stainless steel shaft ends with sealed waterproof partitions. A stainless steel drip tray beneath the roller enables self-cleaning operation.
6. Roller support bearing housing: compact, high-strength, wear-resistant structure for long-term reliability under wet and loaded conditions.
7. Brush drive belt: high-strength, wear-resistant, anti-stretch material for extended service life.
Transmission
Helical gears are machined from imported nylon rather than traditional iron, delivering lower noise and smooth operation without lubricating oil.
Operator Interface
1. Main screen: intuitive manual/auto dual mode. One-key thickness adjustment and one-key LOW-E switching.
2. Manual screen: independent control of air heating and water heating to fine-tune cleaning performance per glass batch.
